Private Parties
Host a private workshop with your friends, co-workers, or family! Choose from a variety of projects for your group and pick a date and time that works for your group’s schedule.
Here's how it works:
Requirements: We require a minimum of 10 guests (OR $350 spent on projects) Monday-FridayAM and a minimum of 15 guests (OR $500 spent on projects) FridayPM-Sunday. *Private blanket parties require a minimum of 8 people every day.)
Date Choice: Contact us to inquire about your preferred date and time. The workshop is available 7 days a week for private parties.
Deposit: To reserve your date, you pay a $150 deposit, which is refunded once a party minimum is met.
Project Selection: You can select up to 3 projects for your event. Click here to see a sample of our projects and pricing. Most adult projects range from $40-$80 and children's projects range from $35 -$45.
Guest Registration: Once your date is reserved and projects selected, we create a private event link for you to provide to your guests. Your guests will make their project and design selections and pay through the link.
At your private event, we provide all of the materials, tools, and instruction! You and your guests get to choose from our line of water based stains and paints to customize your projects in the studio. You are also welcome to bring in drinks and light snacks to enjoy during the event!
Hammer & Stain West Michigan is BYOB - so, feel free to bring in snacks and beverages to enjoy during the workshop! (Must be 21+ to consume alcohol.)
